St Francis Herb Farm Blessed Thistle Tincture is an excellent digestive tonic and bitter.

• Stimulates bile flow
• Relieves painful digestion
• With bitter constituents that activate and strengthen digestion

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to increase appetite and aid digestion (stomachic), to help relieve dyspepsia, and as an expectorant to help relieve cold symptoms such as excessive catarrh.

Dosage:

Adults: Take 2.4-4.8 mL (72-144 drops) in a little water before meals, 3 times daily.

Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist or before use if you are breastfeeding.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
